Penalties for Non-Compliance
RERA Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy informed that builders who fail to comply with orders can face:

Penalty: Up to 10% of the project's estimated cost

Imprisonment: Up to 3 years
Warning to Defaulting Builders
