Greater Noida Looks for Company to Build Logistics Park in Dadri on 174 Acres

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has moved to appoint a developer for a multi-modal logistics park in Kappa-II, near the Inland Container Depot in Dadri. Spread over 174 acres, the proposed facility is strategically located close to Noida International Airport.

Greater Noida, April 11: The logistics park will have access to both the Eastern and Western freight corridors.

Project Details

  • Area: 174 acres (~7 lakh sqm for core logistics and warehousing)

  • Location: Kappa-II, near Inland Container Depot, Dadri

  • Lease period: 90 years

  • Reserve price: ₹11,000 per sqm

  • Minimum investment required: ~₹1,000 crore

  • Jobs estimated: ~5,000

  • Registration start date: March 28, 2026

  • Last date for submission: June 27, 2026

  • E-auction date: To be notified separately

  • Selection method: Highest bidder (e-tendering)

  • Eligibility: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics sector

  • Container terminals

  • Cargo yards

  • Cold storage warehouses

  • Facilities for handling bulk and break-bulk cargo

  • Rail-linked multimodal logistics facilities

  • Mechanised warehousing

  • Trucking business facilities for first- and last-mile transportation

Previous Proposals (2025)

Three firms had submitted proposals:

  • Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd

  • Super Handlers

  • Empezar Logistics

Strategic Significance

GNIDA ACEO Saumya Srivastava said: "The project will strengthen Greater Noida's image as an industrial hub with strong logistic facilities. This will also save cost in logistics for businesses in the area."

The project will integrate road, rail, and air connectivity at a single location, reducing dependence on fragmented transport systems and enabling industries to move raw materials and finished goods faster while lowering logistics costs.

Related Development

This project is in addition to another multimodal logistics hub being developed by the Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) in Bodaki.
