Cyberabad Civic Body Commissioner Asks Builders to Implement Safety Measures at Construction Sites
The Commissioner of the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, G Srijana, has urged builders and developers to ensure strict adherence to construction norms, environmental standards, and statutory regulations for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
Hyderabad, April 10: During a meeting with CREDAI, NAREDCO, the Telangana Developers Association, and builders, the commissioner issued several directives.

Dust and Air Pollution Control

Control dust and air pollution by adopting appropriate mitigation measures
Partial Occupancy Certificates (OCs)

Should only be applied for once construction has been completed in strict accordance with the approved plan
Construction Waste Management

Debris must only be handed over to authorised agencies for proper disposal
Buffer Zones
