Greater Noida: High Court Orders Registration of Panchsheel Hynish Tower-12 Flats Within 90 Days
The Allahabad High Court has directed the Greater Noida Authority to complete the registration (sub-lease) process for 29 flat owners of Panchsheel Hynish Tower-12 within 90 days.
Greater Noida, April 10: The decision brings relief to residents who have been waiting for years for their registration.
Case Background
Out of 12 towers in the society, the registration of Tower 11 and Tower 12 has been pending for several years. Tower-12 has more than 150 flat owners residing, but the current court decision pertains specifically to the 29 flat owners who filed the petition.
Court's Directive
The High Court has instructed the Authority to complete the registration (sub-lease) process for these 29 flat owners within 90 days.
Benefit for Other Homebuyers
Resident Saurabh Thukral informed that the benefit of this decision will also extend to other flat buyers in the tower.
